Start with at least eight clear photos. Tag shot is mandatory. Receipt, authentication docs, and original box details help support value.

Receive a rough estimate

We review what you sent and give you a rough quote based on condition, model, and marketability.

Accept and get a shipping label

If you like the estimate, we send a shipping label based on how many pairs you are sending.

Physical inspection and authenticity review

Once the shoes arrive, we verify condition and authenticity against your submission.

Final offer

If everything matches, we proceed with the original offer. If there are discrepancies, we adjust the offer and resubmit it.

Accept, reject, or donate

You can accept the revised offer, reject it and pay return shipping, or donate the shoes to local youth organizations, camps, and sports programs.

Offer policy

All initial quotes are estimates only. Final value is subject to in-hand review for condition, authenticity, completeness, and any undisclosed issues.

Shipping policy

If you accept the estimate, we send a label based on the number of pairs being shipped. If you reject a revised offer, return shipping is your responsibility.

Donation option

If you do not want the shoes returned, you can donate them. Donations go to local youth organizations such as sports programs and kids camps.

Payment policy

Approved payouts are made through Venmo or Cash App after the final offer is accepted.
